Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales (Online)
- Mengenalkan, menawarkan, menjual produk RH by Rizka Haristi hingga terjadi proses jual-beli melalui WhatsApp, telepon, email
- Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan customer melalui excellence service
- Berkomunikasi dengan Tim lain berkaitan dengan pekerjaan maupun pemecahan kendala lapangan
- Menginput data penjualan dan membuat laporan ke team finance
Content Specialist
- Create content strategy and planning for brands social media account
- Create contents for brands in their social media channel or outside the owned social channel
- Giving advice to maximize content result, e.g.: which content to be put as an ads and what type of ads will it be
- Constantly monitor content performance on a daily basis, and make adjustments accordingly
Fashion Designer
- Designing and creating beautiful design with attention to comfort of the wearer as well as the integrity of the Rizka Haristi brand identity
Associate Producer/Live Producer
- Managing all aspects of a project from beginning to end, including scheduling shoots, hiring talent, and negotiating contracts
- Managing budgets and staying within them by creating and updating production schedules, communicating with vendors about rates and availability, and supervising staff
- Searching/matching a KOL / Talent for content needs
- Give a clear guidance creative/direction on shooting day
Syarat Pekerjaan
Sales (Online)
- Min. 1-2 tahun pengalaman di sales/telemarketing, lebih diutamakan yang pernah bekerja di e-commerce, brand, online shop
- Pendidikan D3/S1
- Memilik kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (lebih diutamakan)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi persuasif dan negosiasi yang baik
- Senang bekerja dalam tim, terbiasa bekerja dengan target
Content Specialist
- Experienced in the same position or related field for min. 2 years
- Having a deep interest in fashion stylist, worldclass brand, clothing or related with fashion industry
- Able to work in teams or individual
- Willing to explore new ideas in creating creative contents
Fashion Designer
- Have impressive portofolio of previous work
- Min 1-3 years experience with fashion design related
- In-depth understanding of design principles and fashion industry
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage team efficiently
- Self motivated and self directed
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, merchandising, art or related field
- Willing to placed in Bandung
Associate Producer/Live Producer
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to convey information clearly and concisely to ensure everyone understands what you’re saying
- Capable of providing clear constuctive feedback of creative work
