Established in 1885, Khoe Pek Goan has been well known as ‘The legendary Bagelen from Garut’. The man himself was an outgoing person who loves to snack while spending quality time with friends and family. Back then, technology is not as sophisticated as today, especially in food-preserving. This was the initial reason why he innovate a long-lasting snack. Branching out to even larger market, Khoe Pek Goan released Bloemenstad in Bandung city (derived from Dutch: city of flower or Kota Kembang, which Bandung is known for). It serves as a melting pot of all Khoe Pek Goan’s products (Kudapan Jadoel & Patisserie) with addition of brunch menu, as brunch has become a culture for people who live in a hustle-bustle city.
