• Handle all cycle recruitment process untill paperwork administration
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, employee termination process and employee development program
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and bpjs administration
• Employee administration & disciplinary
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Setting, build jobs KPI together with related department
• Responsible to employee needs, environment health, office cleanliness, safety and GA administration
• Maintenance and checking building periodically
• Support corporate operation (handling reimbursement, business travel, transportation, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or related, any HR credentials preferred
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills required in order to communicate and present across all levels within the organization
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar roles, preferably in the creative SME minimum 2 years
• Know how to communicate with millenials and gen Z
• Passionate in people development and hiring strategy
• Taking initiatives as necessary and work under minimal supervision
