• Lead and oversee the pattern design team’s day-to-day work
• Develop design concepts and ensure execution quality from ideation to final delivery
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers
• Coordinate with team and client to ensure timelines and briefs are met
• Ensure consistency in design standards across all projects
• Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to design projects, such as documentation, progress tracking, and file organization
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in textile and surface pattern
• Evaluate and improve workflow and creative processes for better productivity
• Research and develop on various design concepts for team brief.
• Working time Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30, lunch break 12.00-13.00. Work on site, in our Bandung based office
• Non-Bandung based candidate are welcome for this role

• Strong pattern development, color mastery, and brand-relevant designs
• Good manner of ethics and discipline
• The eagerness to learn and to explore new design ideas
• Preferably has experience in one or more of the following related fields: Textile Design or Craft, Graphic Design or Illustration,
• Fashion Design, Visual Fine Arts, Batik Craft, or Art/Design Education
• Make sure your laptop/PC performance can keep up with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/CC
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pattern/textile design, with 1+ years in a leadership role
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other surface design tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Experience working with production or fabric printing is a plus
• Full time (contract)
• Work from our Bandung based office
