Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Business Partnership Intern
- Creating partnership proposals, process flows, and commercial offerings
- Maintain day-to-day communications and relationships with any partner
- Initiate new partnerships and collaboration to increase positive growth
- Build and maintain partners relationships
- Assist in data preparation and businesses analysis to facilitate lead generation processes
Creative Content Intern
- Supporting team creative in creating content, live session, scheduling shoots and hiring talent
- Assist all aspects of production including casting, location scouting, equipment rental, and contacting vendors for services
- Supporting team creative in creating Video’s / Program Concept including creating Storyline , script and copywriting for content (video/live)
Fashion Design Intern
- Supporting the fashion design team in creating new design with wedding related products such as bridesmaid, wedding, pre-wed and related
- Creating concept & sketch designs, selects fabrics, patterns, colors, material
- Doing market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
KOL Specialist Intern
- Assist in developing an effective influencer communication strategy and oversee the implementation, by combining in-depth knowledge of company business objectives and online strategies
- Contribute in planning and monitoring project (online and offline) related to online community and social media influencers campaign
- Conduct ideation, research, implementing and executing day-to-day community and social media influencers campaign
- Research & Acquisition of Social Media Community & Influencer
Pattern Maker Intern
- Mendukung team fashion design untuk merancang pattern
- Membuat pola dan proses development sampai produksi
Product Designer Intern
- Supporting the fashion design team in creating new product such as bag, shoes & accessories
- Creating concept, sketch design, select fabrics, patterns, colors, material
- Managing design process from conception through to final product
Product Merchandiser Intern
- Supporting the fashion design team in sourcing new fabrics, textile and vendor for production
- Support in making plans and executing internal fashion design teams
- Perform market research, understand market trend on wedding related design and buying behavior
Syarat Pekerjaan
Business Partnership Intern
- Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year students in university are welcome to apply
- Study or have previous experience in related opportunities (a plus)
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Having good presentation skill
- Highly motivated individual with a deep desire to grow with the company
Creative Content Intern
- Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year students in university are welcome to apply
- Highly creative people, out of the box in ideas and willing to execute them
- Self directed, excited in making content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of providing clear constructive feedback of creative work

- Social Media Savvy and know the business objective for each social platform
- Have a basic understanding of the digital industries
- Able to work with team and individually
- Understanding of KOL analyst, passionate, and savvy with current trends in KOL and social media thingy
- Able to negotiate and brief the KOL
Pattern Maker Intern
- Mahasiswa atau fresh graduate dengan pendidikan fashion design dan textile
- Memiliki ketertarikan dengan fashion dan yang terkait segmen wedding
- Memahami prinsipal desain dan fashion industri
Product Designer Intern
- University student or fresh graduate in major fashion design and textile
- Strong interest in wedding related segment
- Ability to identifying product design requirements, potential materials and manage selection of best result of RH’s product
- Excellent presentation skills focusing on the design planning innovating and production process
Product Merchandiser Intern
- University student or fresh graduate in major fashion design, textile, business management and/or any related field
- Having good knowledge of garment, fabrics and accessories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in fashion industry
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, good analytical, and strategic thinking skills
