Brand Specialist

• Initiate, execute and analyze monthly and quarterly marketing plan
to drive the sales
• Initiate and execute social media plan and create content accordingly
• Initiate and execute IG/FB advertisement plan, and optimize the
performance
• Make monthly marketing report including sales analysis and
marketing activity performance, and initiate sales improvement plan
• Collaborate with Creative team to generate social media content,
including shooting photos and videos
• Present and demonstrate products in IC and FB
• Operate and manage Shopee and Tokopedia stores to boost the sales,
including product listing, voucher campaign, or any other marketing
related work

Videography & Editor

• Create video brand / product
• Do photography product for marketplace / other needs
• Create design for packaging product / social media (also have skill
like graphic designer)
• Brainstorming with teams
• Do photography for BA / other project to support all images and asset
for brand

Script Writer

• Provide ideas, scripts and plans for content creation
• Prepare a content strategy for each social media platform
• Research and follow social media trends
• Conduct research on competitor video analytical data and your own
videos
• Ensure that the content script created can achieve the desired goals
• Measuring content performance results

KOL & Community Specialist

• Initiate and execute KOL plans
• Use numbers to evaluate and analyze the performance of KOL
• Collaborate with Brand Specialist Team and drive the sales from KOL
management
• Obtain free exposure from KOL by providing products
• Do IG Live to help drive the sales if needed
• Approach media to get free exposure

Brand Specialist

• Sales-driven, problem-solving, positive-thinking
• Experienced in social media management
• Experienced in optimizing IG and FB ads performance
• Good at numbers
• Female who loves skincare will be a plus

KOL & Community Specialist

• Understand which KOL is more effective to drive sales
• Good at negotiating with KOLs to get free exposure
• Good to use numbers and data to predict the performance from KOLs
• Good connections with KOL and media
• Good communication skills
• Sales driven
